Wierd Experience Last Night

Not really sure if this is in the right section but last night I was trying to project and all of a sudden my feet like moved to the side like they were straight up and was on its side in like 1sec it like twiched sort of i didnt really do anything it just did it by its self :shock:  not really sure what happened their :confused:
