3 AM to 4 AM

From 3 AM to 4 AM, our awareness of other dimensions is increased. I like to go outside and smoke a cigarette around this time, because I often see spirits in other people's yards.

One example, the backyard of the house behind mine, has stairs that appear to be leading to a basement. Well someone came outside, and they had this eerie transparent look, but that could have just been the dark, so I'm not going to say it was a spirit. Anyways then this animal came out that looked like an oversized white rabbit, but it was probably a dog. The weird thing was that the person was following the dog, but at times they would just disappear and then reappear. Also, once when the person was no longer visible, the animal had a big white ball of energy floating about a foot above its head as it moved around.

The ball of white above the animal is the event that made me realize I was seeing a real spirit!

Point being: Go take a look outside around this time, it's fascinating!

I have to say, this is pretty damned interesting, seeming as I wake up EVERY night at this time. 3:26 on the dot. I'd always assumed it's just because I'm thirsty, but now I'm intrigued. This doesn't need a reply, I'm just going to watch this post and see if I get anything useful. Thanks.

I wake up nearly every night at 2:22 (I figure it's the universe having fun with me that's it's almost always 1:11, 2:22 or 3:33) and I often see spirits that are not related to the dream I was just having. I've noticed a few people on this forum state/judge it's just a hallucination or coming entirely from your own consciousness and I used to think this too but after quite a few of these experiences, I do believe they are genuine manifestations of realms bleeding through to our waking one if your third eye is open to see them. Enjoy.

I've been waking up at 4am for years- always been a night owl.  But I've never seen anything particularly metaphysical.  Yes, there seems to be an aura of magic at that time, especially if the moon is bright.

It's 3:18 for me , notice it on clocks all the time .Iwake up in the night and the bedside clock says  3:18 . Iwas told that it is the spirit letting me know that's when they want to contact me ??

The number 33 and 333 have meaning for me. A lot. So does 3:33 a.m.

When I do a WBTB method I do it with the alarm clock set to go go off on 3:33 a.m. now.

Recently I was in the process of waking up still in half-sleep and suddenly the number 333 appeared in my mind, for no urgent reason, just that I had certainly stored in my subconscious the topic and its significance for other personal/metaphysical matters (too much to write about now though), but I wasn't thinking about the time of night.

So just when I thought this "333" somehow, while waking up or getting more lucid in the middle of the night, immediately! - just 1-2 seconds later, and I swear it wasn't more, probably even less - the alarm clock went off. It was indeed 3:33 a.m. Asleep, of course I had not looked at the clock before then.

Funny time 3:33. About a year ago at this same time every morning I'd wake for no reason whatsoever. Still dont know why. It lasted for over a month without a single days break.

I've had some similar experiences like this especially regarding numbers. The combo 11:11 or 1:11 seems to follow me. I did some research on the combination. Cool stuff. =D I once finished an OBE and to my surprise it said "11:11"

I usually wake up between 3 and 4 but not to smoke. For some reason I just wake up at that time. I have had inspiring dreams when I wake up like a song, poem, or drawing i have to put down on paper before I forget. One poem I wrote waking up during those hours won first prize in a poetry contest last year. The words were being chanted in a dream and I wrote it down when I woke up.

So that time of day has always felt mystical to me. In fact my recent encounter with a ghost happened around 4 am.

Funny! Sometimes 3:33 pops up a bunch for me as well.

However, once I fall asleep, I'm dead to the world until as late as I can manage the next day >_>;;;
