Am I possessed?

I just got done reading through the possession section of psychic defense.

It seems I exhibit some symptoms and I was curious about people's opinions.

I have been getting muscular cramps in my left and right calves at night.  These are quite painful.

I experience a compulsive desire towards a lustful fantasy I will not mention.  
I do not feel this is part of me.

The day after I give in to said compulsion, I feel utterly fantastic.

When I starve myself of lust for elongated periods of time, I feel negative entities in me weakening and I become very depressed.

I constantly feel sparratic and spontaneous sensations in my genitals that feel like vibrating electricity.  I can also feel negative entity movement in there.

If I starve myself of lust for a long time, it is quite commen to feel a throbbing pain in my genitalia.  It hurts a lot.  It feels like a heavy painful pressure.

I also have dreams with snakes in them and dreams of me being chased or persued by evil nasties.

Sorry if this is all too much information, but I want to know if I'm possessed.

Entirely depending on the nature of the fantasy (ie, legal? Harm to unwilling others etc) I'd say don't worry. Everybody hyas that. Every single body.
This wouldn't be the biblically condemned kind of lust, would it?

Everytime I do what you suggest a negative entity presence in my left shoulder grows in size and strength.  This also causes me to feel lots of little negative entities all around my body all the time.

Everytime I give in, negative entity activity more than triples inside me and it sucks horribly.

Dude, youre in control of your body.  You have a say over what goes in and comes out.  Dont let any of these 'entities' bully you.  Fight em off our out of you.  You can be stronger than them.  Ive never really had a problem with things like you describe.  Just concentrate and tell them to back off, you have to mean it, and you may have to back up what you say.  If its the same ones they know they can get in so they got an ego going.  Break their ego.

The cramps could certainly be an indication of some sort of nasty, the legs being a commonly affected part of the body.  I currently have quite a horrible beastie entering my right toe and up my leg to my hip.  My toes twitch pretty much all night, especially when I do energy work.

The sexual center is very important and close to the root chakra.  The sensations you feel might indicate a root center attachment.  I would really recommend you push with resisting lust, and doing the NEW full body energy circuit.  This has helped me greatly.  Focus on feeling the energy coming from your root chakra/sexual center and drawing it up your body to your head.

Negs can also influence your dreams and insert horrible images.  Of course feeling lustful is a natural thing, but if the images are particularly disturbing and not 'part of you' as it were, they might be related to a neg.

Try some core image work on these images and see what comes up.  Also try some intensified energy work on your legs and see if anything starts moving about.  The more energy work you do, the more resistance you will feel to any attachements and you will be able to feel them much more strongly.

I would suggest you have a read on the following excerpts (from various books on Spirit Releasement), and make your own conclusion about your situation. Possession is an extreme, while almost everyone suffers from (multiple) intrusions almost all the time.

The question then, is how best to deal with it. Afterall, one criticism of using banishment magick in dealing with negs, is that it only addresses the symptom, not the root of the problem.

Energetic shielding is one level of this. More fundamentally, is the resonance between the issues of the intruder (neg) and the issues within oneself.
