just today i managed to lift a powerful spell away from my spirit...

It said that all evil people on the planet and in space were telepathic, next  this neg pretended to be all these people!!
It said i was destined to take command of illuminati and work with demons ...

Finally i proven to myself this is not people but a simple NEG

It feels so light and good to be in the land of the living again ...

But this neg messed up my chakras and energy body petty bad, and its still very much around me. Last night garlic helped to weaken its attachemenst a bit...

Regarding being messed up by others.

There are no attoms or organs or anything when you get back to the basics your just an energy wave an idea.
you are the idea of you. if a neg is sending you ideas of the damage it has done you can restate the truth.

your just an idea and if your idea is that your fine then thats the one to go with. take possesion for example. a neg may try to convince you that it has possesed one of your energy centers but this is wrong. you cant fit one idea inside another because an idea is to small its the size of an opinion. all they can do is try to convince you so that your mind makes your idea like there idea. this is why ignorance is such a great shield because there idea of themselfs is un molested.. next time it sends you an image of damage simply say. yeah ok but thats "your" reality so on ballance im more healthy today than i was before so thankyou got anymore crap idea's for me because on ballance your making me rich in goodness. also you could try giving your neg a gift like a teddy bear or somthing to lighten the mood. its funny how they all react so different to how you think they would when the game changes and its not war.
