do spirits get in trouble?

i was wondering if spirits can be stopped from showing themselves to people whether it be in a dream or visually, some form of contact letting you know that they are ok. some of you may have read my previous post that my nan died not to long ago and my mom told her to come back and let someone know shes ok, i think thats whats keeping my grandad even more down, because he just wants to know if she is ok, is there a reason she hasnt came back to him, he says he felt a kiss on his cheek the night after she died but she hasnt told him whether she is ok or not.

I would think if he felt a kiss on his cheek that she was doing just that, letting him know that she's ok. Sometimes it is really subtle, sometimes it is more than that.  After my Grandfather died, my Aunt said that he appeared to her and wanted to be sure that my Grandmother was all right and that she was happy in her house.  In that case, he was standing at the foot of her bed, and she talked to him.  It was right after he died.

I haven't seen any of my relatives in that manner myself.  I did, however, feel someone in my room the night another one of my Aunts died.  The presence was so strong that it woke me up and I told that being to go away.  The next day, I found out that she had died.  I now know that it was her just saying good-bye.  I only wish I hadn't shooed her.

You never really know, just trust your feelings.  I'm sure that she's ok and that the kiss your grandfather felt was her letting him know that.

Hi blue fire, I'm sorry to hear that your Nan has now passed to spirit.

Many people are desperate to hear from their loved ones after they have passed over, just to know that they are fine, I'm sure if your Nan could she would make her self known, but it does sound as if she already has. If it helps any ive never heard any sprit person say that they are not happy in the world of spirit.

It takes allot of energy for a spirit person to physically appear and ironicaly often people in grief are not in a mental or emotional state for their loved one in spirit to reach them, thats why people may see spirit when their half asleep and their mind is more relaxed and open.

It sounds as though its important for you, so why not try contacting a good medium for an appointment. Do you live in the UK ?

thank you for the replies they have helped a lot, i was just wondering whether they can get in trouble meaning they cant say there fine, because she said she would, but you have given some really helpful responses and now im quite sure shes ok and as majour ka said never heard any sprit person say that they are not happy in the world of spirit i think your right so thank you very much for the replies, do you think they move things etc as they cant show themselves and could be the only way of contacting us (i live in the uk)
