Hearing birds

So for some time iv been able to turn into vision and soun mostly. Recently I have been able to scent things based on directing my consiousness somewhere else like with vision and sound..? So now I seem to be able vision, sound and smell all to some degree although visionis harder as I must be in a different state. Also Iv been trying to hear sounds during the day and I focused on my garden inside my house and eventually started hearing very low sounds of birds? Any ideas on how to increase all these 3 abilities? Also does anyone have experiences or knowledge to share?
