hmmmm i think i saw something like this on tv, i would try sealling all doorways and windows with sea sult, it is the best! it works too. just go to a doorway and make a line of sea sult right at the doorway and also make a line of sea sult on the window seal, for some reason sea sult is like a seal and protection against anomalies like this. i have no idea why it would want to hurt you but all i can give is some help to prevent it.

I'd recommend several, namely getting Robert Bruce's book, Practil Guide to Psychic Self Defense.

However I'm not going to just sit back and let you wait for a book on order to show up at your door while you're being attacked (maybe I can set an example here).

- Always say a prayer of protection before you go off and do any of this on your own. I don't want to frighten you but the first thing you need to understand is that negs aren't chased off like in the movies by just throwing around Holy Water, whatever. Some negs take off at the first sign of trouble. Other Negs...well..it'll be a fight. So say a prayer of protection before doing anything, because chances are good, whatever method you employ, said uninvited visitor will become cranky and try to retaliate in some way. I know it's hard not to be afraid but the more fear you have the more power it will have. Just mentally and emotionally prepare yourself and expect it to get ticked off, just to be safe.

- Do you have any herbs: mint, majoram, lavendar, sage, rosemary. Take some dried herbs, put them in a fire proof container (abolone shell, ceramic dish, Pyrex bowl), ignite them, and then blow the flame out gently so as not to accidentally spread your burning material through the air and say on your furniture. As your herbs are smoldering, walk through the house spreading the smoke and blessing every room with a prayer. Demand this entity to leave.

- Can you get your hands on some kind of Holy Water? If you belong to faith where you can get some, or if you are open to a faith that provides some, get as much as you can. I'm Catholic and am fortunate to live near a Catholic Church that supplies me with as much as I want. It's not unusual for Catholics to have Holy Water fonts in their homes, and that's what I told the priests of the Church when I went looking for Holy Water. I use the Holy Water for many purposes: bless my surroundings, sleeping area, drink it, cook with it, bathe with it (see bath below), energize my crystals with it, even clean my house with it. Understand I've been demonically possessed for 5 years. I can't get rid of them but I make every effort to make their lives as uncomfortable as possible. If you decide to drink Holy Water, I would suggest adding a little to a glass of Water and drinking it slowly. Depending on how strong they are, they might try to get you to throw it up the first time (that's why I say do it slowly).

- Take a ritual bath. Robert Bruce describes such an event in his book. Something else I would add to that is this: Bath Salts! If you get Holy Water, add some of the Holy Water to the salt to bless it. Just a little so you don't dissolve all the salt. Add the Holy Water and shake the container up. Add the now blessed salt to your bath and maybe add a little Holy Water to your bath water. Step into the bath water slowly just to test it (you don't want to make these things more upset than you can personally handle. Like getting your body acclimated to poison, little amounts at a time until you build up resistance). Again, if you have any dried herbs, maybe potpourri, you can add that to your bath too.

- Along the same route as what I described above, if you have any crystals or semi-precious stones, I would recommend energizing them in the light of the sun and moon for say 3-4 days in blessed salt and Holy Water.

- Robert Bruce gives an idea for maximum protection...write Holy Symbols on yourself in the following places: Middle of the forhead, backs of each hand, over the heart, over the navel, across your solar plexus, tops of the feet, soles of the feet. It's in his book if you order it while doing some of the other stuff.

I could give you a suggestion on how one would do it if one was a Christian. There are many ancient Christian Mystic tradition used in exorsism and Spiritual cleansening, but they utilise your faith in the power of Jesus to work. The one used for cleansening a house is called a Jerico March.
