PLEASE, I NEED ANSWERS!

Lately, I've been experiencing quite a bit of sleep paralysis. Last night, I had experienced paralysis. I was prepared for this because I went to bed with a lot on my mind and that is when it usually happens. As I drifted off too sleep, it happened. I shook myself out of it then drifted back off, right back into paralysis. But this time it was different. I said something in my mind like "Ugh, this again.", and then all of a sudden, I hear someone talking back, a young man probably around my age (late 20's). So I decide to try and chat with him bc I'm curious about what is going on. I ask "can you hear me?" He replies "Yeah, I can hear you". I say " What is this? What's happening?" and he replies " I don't know, kind of cool though"... I go on to ask him about astral projection and he says he's tried it before... I wake up out of it seconds later... Does ANYBODY have an idea of what I just experienced? I dont know if it was all in my head or if it was Telepathy or what? I wish I could have asked him more about himself to try and look him up on FB or something to see if it was real!

You are talking to yourself. Seriously... It can actually be far more interesting than you think.

Gabriele explained it to me like this. It's your voice and you can use it anyway you want to. You can intentionally lend it to someone else to use but it's still your voice.
