Read his other book, Practical Psychic Self-Defense or at least go to the article section of his site, and read the "basic counter measures". A psychic attack is grossly an entity from the astral that wants to feed on your energy.

PPSD isn't all that bad guys, it's very helpfull. As long as you know that 99% of the time this stuff does not happen.

And Psychic attacks aren't just by astral entities. Some humans are more than capable of doing them also. I guess a Psychic attack could be roughly described as a non-physical means of causing harm to another. There are a few famous stories of Magical battles using Psychic attacks by occultists. After having read "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce I was left a little perplexed with regards to psychic attacks. He mentions this phrase several times in his book without really explaining what it means. Can anyone shed some light on this....?
