Man, I wished I could see it... to get rid of all the nasties that can attach to yourself... []

Last time, an healer friend gave me a belly massage and then went "fishing" into my belly and pulled out what he called cold/bad energy...  As soon as he pulled it; I really felt my whole energy suddenly expand/increase all around my body...  He told me I could do it myself with some practice but, so far, I can't really feel the warm/cold difference too well...

Have you been able to pull them free without problem, or do they keep coming back, regardless of how much fear you've confronted, dealt with, faced, etc?

Mine says "Damn You" and an assorted other set of phrases, but they tend to be common place.

I discussed something simlar in a posting by Risu no Kairu on 19 October where he presented a graphic symbolising the core removal method. We use the term worm for the big snake image, a little Dune influence
I quote a bit of my reply to Risu no Kairu below in quotes.
It can be interesting to follow the tentacles and try to sense the emotions etc at the other end. It can give insites into their current states. You recently posted about seeing all and sundry when out and about in the local hood. I did consider posting an idea then but was not sure that they fitted, but anyway
When a group of entities suddenly appear in an area one reason that we have noted is that a structure that supports them has been undermined and they are looking for new premises
The associated emotions may include hunger, distress and of course iritation. Not sure if this fitted your observations but mentioned if case useful.
We think that there are signs of a recent major negative entity structure collapse which has been causing similar homelessness effects hereabouts

I was able to pull this one free without problems. It did try to come back,but I sent a jet of brilliant white light/fire toward it. Then I knew I had destroyed it.
It was quite hideous looking.
So this person who said damn you was the person who sent this thing my way it would seem.

Shamans of South America would see snake things when they would do healings. According to what I read these snakes are mainly there to cause health problems since snakes can be associated with poison.

I had this other experience years ago. I was walking across a desert. My Mother's terrier was with me. He was walking beside me. A snake came over one of the dunes,and entered my friend through his mouth.
I reversed time back to just before we encountered the snake. I grabbed it before it could enter him. I built a fire,and cooked the snake. Then he ate it.
What this meant is I was partially able to heal some of that dog's health problems. At that time in his life he had a lot of nasty health problems.

This happened for about three or four nights in a row.
When I would open my bedroom window, I would see various spirts walking abck and forth in front of my window.All men.Some would even stand and look in my window at me as I sat in front of my computer.
I did not get a comfortable feeling about them.
That happened about mid summer.
I wonder who they were.
Tonight as I sit here I once again feel like they are looking at me.
I keep my window opened to get rid of the heat this computer generates.
