Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me out. See, for about 15 yrs now, I've been sensing another presence inside of me. There are times it feels like it's draining all my energy, but there are days when I feel like a million bucks. I was first aware of it's presence about the time I was 7yrs old, but like most people I just brushed it off and ever since it has gotten a lot stronger and is making it well known to me that it's there. It first came to me when my dad died and I let all my defenses down.

Do you feel certain that this is a separate entity inside you and not another aspect of yourself? The reason I ask this is that you say it began with the death of your father. Such an extremely traumatic event, and the stressful events that surely accompanied it, can be hard enough for an adult to process, much less a child of seven years. Do you think it's possible that when you were a child, in order to protect yourself and be able to go on with your daily life, that you split off a bit of yourself to absorb all that painful emotion that was just too big to handle? If so, perhaps what you've sensed being with you all these years could be an aspect of that wounded seven-year-old still carrying around pain and negative thoughts.

It may not be the case, but I thought I'd mention it in case you haven't considered it.

I have noticed if one sits (ramrod) straight all the time, preferably also sleeps on the back with hands in front that makes it uncomfortable for it (the channel to higher chakras is more direct). They feed on the lower chakras, but these can be protected by keeping strong magnets on the clothes. I suppose a final solutions is some kind of excorcism, however R. Bruce states it left him only after days of fasting in a desert. It's my belief that Christian rituals may not be as effective as some people believe (or would like to believe). I suppose one just has to make the comfort level intolerable.
