Possible neg whilst performing NEW

Hi All

I'm new to this forum but have been practicing the NEW techniques for some months now. For the first 4 weeks it was great. I felt more awake and alive. However, one evening whilst channeling energy into my sub-naval, I had a slight scare. When I perform the NEW exercises I often slip into a  deeper and deeper level of meditation. Usually of the theta kind. On this one occasion, I saw (my eyes were closed) an entity hovering above my sub-naval area. The entity was a shadow of no real defined shape.

I am not sure what it was doing but it definitely felt as though it was linked to the NEW work I had been performing. Alas, the phone rang and I managed to come back to normal consciousness. At first I put it off as a dream but I have been meditating for some time now and feel that I know the difference between sleep and trance. I am now more open to the idea that it was a 'neg' (I never used to believe this kind of stuff) and am wondering if anyone else has had this kind of experience and how to deal with it. I am especially keen to solve this because I do not seem to experience the same pleasure that I did before from practicing the NEW techniques.

concentrate energy in your solax plexus chakra
feel it shining like a sun, imagine it like that
direct laser ray from that point in the cloud
you may also want to set reflect shield on it's path to amplify the beam, another one at your solar plex, make a few rounds and then aim in the middle of the cloud

hint: kill each one that attacks you, if you just smother them with love they spot easy food and you will be drowning in them
it is also wise to heavily damage one and let it go... to spread the news
