Your topic was moved as I thought it might be better suited here, rather than Astral Chat. Could you expand on your question a bit, as to what you exactly mean by "one level of consciousness"? That might clarify what you're asking a bit more.

Now back to the question, well I heard David Icke say it. I would like to know what he means?

Consciousness in not just an "on/off" switch - its a scale, with different people having different levels consciousness, some more advanced/expanded than others. Indeed the true goal of spiritual practices is to successively raise your consciousness to more and more elevated levels, this is essentially the same as saying to become more and more enlightened, or to become more aware (although this could be a product of expanded consciousness, I would say that awareness and consciousness are inseperable).

When you really think about it, and look, most people are not particularly conscious. Just conscious enough to be arrogant of their superiority over animals, but not quite conscious enough to stop acting like animals. Aaaahh I'm so cynical!!

There are various approaches you can take to upping-yur-heid-zone. Some meditate, some practise magic, some take.....other paths. Its up to you. For every person, another path.

I think I understand what nrishiraj is trying to get across. "One Level of Consciousness" seems to link to an idea of collective human consciousness, but I'd have to research this further to be sure. If you could please provide me with some links, or at least some further background info on where you heard David Icke talk about it, nrishiraj, I'll happily look into it for you.
