-we are surrounded by many negative and positive beings,which of course are invisible to us.they send us thoughts and ideas,

and we need to learn,from what source is it coming from.many of them are helping us,like archangels,angels,cosmic people,

jesus.by following simple steps,stated above,we can get closer to these beings,our chakras are clean and unblocked,our aura

is clean,so are our thoughts.

-anything is possible,if we learn how to control our thoughts,and how to use them correctly.

-many people try to change you,try to anger you,you know why?you know how it works? well,evil forces,and negative

extrattestials,are in partial control of their thoughts, of such a people,because they are jealues.those negative forces

sometimes use people with weak body,and mind,so then they can control you,and sometimes they do it,without them.

now you know,why there is so many people,who wants to commit suicide? it is a fight between good and evil,and those forces

will do anything to make you comeback to smoking,drinking,taking drugs.

-many people dont believe in themselves.think about it..there are many overweight people in united states,and around the

world.now,lets say,we have 800 pounds man.How he get to such a high weight? first thing,this habbit was created inside his

mind,by process of thought.Now,lets say this thought was created by negative forces,and innocent man,didnt know about it.

Is there a chance,he can stop it? answer is yes.by eating everyday,his  sub-conscious mind ,tells him,that someday you gonna

be fat,but his conscious mind,ignores it,and he still eat.so now,even he knows its bad for him,he still eat fast food

everyday.for such a person,there is only one way...help from others.such a person needs to pray everyday,learn how to program

his thoughts,drink more water,eating fruits,and no pizza,hamburgers.

-the same thing is with alcohol,cigarettes,or drugs.

-you may ask,what about money?how some people are more rich,then others?well,as i said before,,people like this,know how to

program their mind,and know how to use money.for example,water is knows as the healtiest drink,and for example coca cola,is

known as bad drink,..it has a lot of coffeine and proteine.you can gain extra pounds quickly.by buying 1 gallon of water a

day,insead of coca-cola,we save 1$ a day.365 days-1 year--365$ in our pocket.most bizzare is spending money on weekends,in

nightclubs.lets say you only spend 100$ on weekend...friday,saturday and sunday....thats 400$ a month.400x12=4,800$ !!

in order to save money,we have to limit ourselves to certain things.few months ago,i found store,where everything was for

7.95$ for over a month,because it was grand opening.everything brand new,jackets,shoes,sport dress.i went to other stores,

and i saw same things for over 30$ each.knowing,where to go,how to compare prices with other stores,and knowing when to go,

especially when most items are on sale,is a big plus in saving money.

-here i want to tell you a little secret.we live in 3 worlds thogeter.it is mental,astral and physical world.mental is our,

thought,astral where everything is created by our thoughts,and physical where everything manifest.whatever we try to picture

in our mind,with eyes closed,its called visualization.just before you go to sleep,and after you wake up in the morning,close

your eyes,and picture yourself in situation,you wanna be,put all your emotions,love and feeling to it.if you want money,

see yourself surround by money,see yourself with big check and smile on your face,ask for help from universe.see 100$ bills

coming from universe into your hands,really feel them,smell them.see yourself winning lottery,or your lucky numbers.

by doing this every morning and evening,you will be amazed from results.before doing this exerices surround yourself with

protective lights...see beam of white-gold light coming from universe,and surrounding your whole body,passing thru your body,

and feel relaxed.this is helpful from not being attacted by negative forces,during this vusualization process.

I have always found 'controlling' your feelings to be very self-destructive. Holding back your feelings just stores them until they can be released later, usually at the most inappropriate of times (like when under stress).
