Connection between Kundalini and OBE

Does anyone that experience Kundalini can do OBE? and Does anyone that can do OBE expertly experience Kundalini energy system?

My kundalini is awoken, everyday I can feel the strong energy in ajna chakra (but no clairvoyance yet), and a slight energy in the crown chakra. In my ajna chakra, it feels energy similar to big headache, but the difference is not a headache or hurt, if I shake my head there is no headache or hurt, its just a big energy, the more I focus the bigger the energy. During meditation I feel lots of energy in my back spine, the deeper the meditation, the hotter my body and Im sweating, it feels so hot (actually the room is cool). Breath becoming slower and stop. Later the energy is very strong inside my head, after meditation it can feels a bit dizzy. Subtle sound such as roaring wind start to come out, it feels not good at this time, however a spiritual master said that this is the process of cleansing. Cleansing all the negative thing or feel that I have done before.

To make it short, My kundalini is awoken last year. I can do OBE for several times before, but now forget my obe due to focus on my meditation. I dont focus to obe anymore, and now I can't do OBE anymore unless it was lucky day.

So I repeat my question:

Does anyone that experience Kundalini can do OBE? and Does anyone that can do OBE expertly experience Kundalini energy system?

Is there any connection between these 2? what your thought guys?

Hi DreambreaX..

For now, just very quickly, yes I am a K experiencer and from day ONE of the K's arrival have been able to go out of body -(a lot).  Yes, undeniably there is a connection (although the details of it are varied and vast).  Fundamentally, Kundalini = the alignment of the inner energy centers of the body.  Many new experiences becomes available through this alignment, up to and including consciously experiencing the evolution of the human form.

K and Obes manifested simultaneously for me.  I first felt the intense energy right before my first OBE and then as you have, pressure in the crown on and off through out the day.  I could also hear vibrational noises when awake in the physical and it made me feel like I was going a little crazy.     For the first few months after the start of K, I had spontaneous OBEs almost every night.  So, Yeah.  Total connection between the two.

It took me many years to get clear within the context of my own awareness on WHAT Kundalini is.. and what discerns it from the many forms of transdimensional travel (OBEs, APs, LDs, etc.).  I am to a sufficient degree now, aware that K involves the physical reality and physical body.  It is not limited to it, of course, it just includes it.  I video journaled my 3-4 year process of discovery.  This is me, somewhere near the fore of the process of figuring it all out.  It may be helpful.  Let me know!

Hi Omcasey.  I enjoyed your video!  What is it like to project while standing up and not even closing your eyes?  Do they last long?  What do you see/ do etc?

I had a projection just by entertaining awareness of not being 'here' too.  I was lying down at the time though.

My simple way of thinking about the K/OBE relationship is: K is the energy that manifests our gifts -whatever they may be.  Sounds like you have quite a few of them.  I have just two.  Astral travel and physical healing for my body --when doing both, I get those same K energy sensations.  And yes, I have the sensations at other times too when no gifts are manifesting.  Seems like once the energy is given, it is just always there.  Sometimes more, sometimes less (and maybe more balanced sometimes than other times) but is there ready to be used to power and manifest our gifts.

Many people tend to think of AP as more of a skill than a gift.  For my self, because of K suddenly manifesting in the way it did, I consider AP as a gift. (a gift where sometimes skill is involved)  It would be really interesting if we were able to see how much gifting is involved compared to how much skill is involved in all the people that AP.  The mix of skill and gifting is something none of us can ever really be absolutely sure about in our own experiences and sometimes I think we jump to conclusions.  Maybe some have one and some the other.  Maybe all have a mix.  IDK  I'm probably rambling off the topic now... but anyway your abilities are very amazing...you seem like a person who will never die... just phase out of our reality!  Lol

thanks for the video, thanks for the reply, so there is a connection between kundalini and astral people.

but the kundalini people doesnt experience astral travel, while the astral travel doesnt experience the kundalini.

I think when the kundalini people becomes a master in kundalini they can astral travel very well and easy.
