Quantum jumping and star-burst visions.

I have had these rather interesting bursts of vision from time to time as long as i can remember. actually one of the reason's why i joined this group is due to experiencing one of these events literally 30 minutes ago after stretching out and letting out a rather large burst of energy while squeezing my facial muscles.

The odd thing sometimes i really do not have to do such drastic measures, sometimes i will experience these right out of the blue.

I am healthy as  a young ox per what my doctors have found. Its actually rather quite enjoyable to a extent and gives me some inspiration for some of my hobbies/experiments.

Basically i will get the standard visualization like i am jumping through a worm hole like in so many mainstream science fictions and then i will see rather detailed ideas for a electronic circuit, mechanical apparatus. sometimes a isometric view of a city or town.

Am i just bat shitaki mushrooms or do other people here in this forum have had a similar experience?
