One time a tried to do a usual meditation and saw two golden balls and a gate i heard a woman saying "somnia"
Maybe translated it means "sleep for a while,it is not the right time to wake up for you."
This answer was angry me, cause i knew i'm a free will person and i'm able to wake up, where i want it and when i want it.This gave me very much spiritual force.

I want to share a nice tool/toy to you.

I had  very freaky idea to give my mind the definition
to percept my emotions in a picture like taste.
Like a computer this information the mind should transform to a visionary picture.
The key is not searching for memory or somthing but perceive, what is happening now with you emotions, letting the desire fullfill its act,and leave the past behind.
Than more you get you mind clear, than powerful the images are.
The can be quite complex and changing like a matrix screen with different colors and forms, which i have seen in the west, but can also be a quite beautiful landscape in a purple or red tone, which i have seen in the north, for example.When you work with multidimesional forms for healing it is important not to focus, but always believe you are doing this right and you are good at it.Don't ask,cause questions are creating doubt.

One time i wanted to "escape" this planet for a while i chosed a planet of my desire.It happened me very quickly as i received an image of a very sealike landscape, rich of sand and rocks.As i asked my self what planetis this, i heard an name sounds like "Aries".
If this experience was "astral" i think i must think reverse in time.
So it maybe also be the name "Seira" Astral-Mirrored.
