The ego and the "pain body" are the causes of our suffering.

1:The ego interperts the "pain body" and mirrors it, creating both energys into 1 which manifest.

2: to manifest a desire, the ego needs to create and then it sends to the "pain body" and manifest itself outwards.

It has been documented that the heart does all the action with thought, which means that all our ideas will project from the mind to the heart and outwards into reailty.

Which is what the Tao te ching said 2,600 years ago.

"Ever desireless, one can see the mystery.
Ever desiring, one can see the manifestations."

Now I'm not sure if "heart" and eckhart tolle's term "pain body" is the same thing but I think it is.
It seems that both ego and the heart are the causes of our sufferings, but it depends on our motives I guess.
It's like our "pain body" is a type of anoying little kid that won't stop bugging the ego till it gets what it wants. Once the emotion activates the ego, the ego then mirrors it and become 1 with the "pain body".

Could someone please explain to me the diffrnce between: heart and pain body. Also what is the true meaning of the phase: "follow your heart"?

Firmly understand that there is no joy or sorrow in this world. If you believe worldly objects are a source of happiness, in their absence you will feel sorrow. Accept the fact that there is no true happiness in the world.

QuoteIt has been documented that the heart does all the action with thought,
Where has this been documented?

On paper I guess o_O?
in a spiritual video I once saw, there was a short clip where Gregg Braden said it was documented and then later on in the video it showed a clip of a docomentry where it shows you a test sample on a person who was on wires, It was a real medical program.

I'd really like a link or a quote to a book to look at this.  I have read several of Braden's books and they have been mainly about ancient spiritual principles- not about scientific data, but based on ancient religious texts,  which is why I'd like to see something a little more concrete.
When I see statements like these (which IMO are not clear enough for my understanding; are you talking about  the mind (physical, as in the brain, or behavior?) and the heart (which could mean many things) I have to ask.  If he's quoting studies from the HeartMath institute, I have looked at some of that data, and it talks about entrainment, and I've seen studies on the heart as a part of a neural network- where neural impulses are going back and forth through the brain, the heart, and the gut- the three principal parts of our biological brain.
But the pain body is another thing- it can be considered a psychological construct, the way Tolle describes it- and it could be compared to the Astral/Emotional body of the Hindus- but I'm not sure that these two complexes can be compared.
Of course, maybe Dr. Braden has performed such a comparison, and I just haven't read about it, which is entirely possible, which is why I ask.

Skip to 4:11. That's one of the clips I saw in the video:

I may have misunderstood what he ment after watching the full video.

Interestingly, he is talking about the Heart Math institute findings.  He said 'coherence', I said 'entrainment'.  Obviously, he is much more eloquent- and I think his video answered your question- cohere your mind and emotion, and you can create the change you want to see.
The 'trick' (and the key) is to feel the good stuff you want mentally.
