hello enderwiggin. the names chaos..the kinesis man...and i am a shaman..although it sounds like i am bragging i am not i asure of that. what do you need help with?....getting shaman abilities?....just let me know....and if you want i can tell you my shaman story about me and my spirit.

Well i'm not a shaman (now..however i think i was one or something like it in a past life....) and if you don't want my opinon, obviously feel free to disregard it.

In general, long distance relationships are strained at best because the two people involved see more of other people than eachother and they become distanced. Basically they are having life experiences that their S.O. (sig. other) is not a part of, and they simply grow apart.

not to be morbid, but the first thing i thought of when i read this was that maybe something terminal happens to her - some illness or accident. Then i thought about it some more and thought that it may just be something bad happens and she survives it (accident or such). Either way, i'm not 100% since i have no contact with either of you, however it is strong enough inkle when i read what you wrote for me to pay attention.

Soul mates (GENERALLY) tend to be a spiritual partner. Someone who you have been with life after life in some way that help you or compliment you. Another way to think of it is that "destiny brings you together each and every lifetime" blah blah. I am not sure i believe in soul mates, but then again i could be wrong.

this current love or the one from H.S.? If you cannot explain it to them, or talk to them about it, then they are not good for you. there should (in an ideal world) be no secrets between you and your love. they should (in some way) feel like an extention of yourself. not to be cheesy, but "two pieces of the same whole" comes to mind...you can't keep secrets from yourself, the same should go for your love.

Without a more indepth knowledge of the situation, you and her a lovers. Time will tell the truth to you when more developes, but until you have tested the boundries of distance you can't know for sure. My suggestion is to stay together, try to keep the love alive. If, in the end, it fizzles, and you did all you could to keep it, then don't worry. It's kinda like fate saying "this person isn't for you."
If, however, you manage to somehow stay together over the distance, and you both TRULY love eachother (and its not one of those 'arm-candy' relationships) then take it as a sign. There is something between you two that should be cultivated.

I tried using a pendulum to figure out some of this stuff. I was channeling my subconscious (or at least I believe I was), and it indicated that I would be married more than once. I could see it happening. I do not believe in religion as something spiritual (for me anyway), but I do have a sense of some sort of singularity from which I believe all has come.

In any case, I believe it is possible to have more than one soul mate, and I do not know whether or not I will meet and marry mine. Perhaps there are still things I need to learn so that I will recognize her when  (if) I find her.

There are no spirits involved, to my knowledge, in any of this stuff.

The person I am currently going out with is NOT my first love. My first love lives half way across the country. I have not met anyone who has had anything even close to the relationship I had with my first love.

I have told my first love about the dream, and she has not yet responded. I do not think she will understand what I am saying. I do not see myself married to her in the future.

In my dream, the reason I knew it was her was because the feeling I got was one that only pertains to her. I have never felt this feeling towards any other person, place, or thing. This feeling only occurs when I am around her.

About the possibility of something bad happening to her, the feeling was not foreboding. This feeling has occurred often in other dreams I had of her, not just this one or recent ones. When I visited her or her me, we always had anxiety about parting again. Because of this, our relationship was very stressful.

It was indeed wise for us to break up and see other people, but I hope that one day I will be able to visit her and have the freedom to move close to her if we do happen to fall in love again.

As far as shamanism, I would like to learn some shamanism and techniques. I think shamanism is a very effective and safe way to communicate with the world beyond.

The techniques are effective, very effective. Been molded to their current shape in a span of 10-30 thousand years.

Look into nature and nature will once again look into you.

As for beginning shamanism I suggest looking into your Power Animal, getting a clear contact to it helps in many ways. Study its nature, and the nature of that thing. And yes, even a mosquito might be your Power Animal from where you can draw vast amounts of energy.

However I do not think one can become a Shaman by making the decision in this lifetime. Because the spirits choose the shaman and not vice versa. The way they choose is not always a very pleasant thing, might be pretty shattering in many ways [|)]

As to your relationship issue:

In the dreamworld you might still be in contact with persons you've lost contact in the physical world. (NOTE: USUALLY when you dream about a person or talk to one in the dreamworld, you only talk to that person in YOURSELF, and do not TRULY talk to it. When talking
to someone directly you feel the difference in the dream. So most often that person is only a part of you that your subconsciousness has projected)

As for figuring out what You and Her are I would say the best way to do it is to step aside from your own Ego and search from within yourself for the answer. You might pray for the answer or ask for it from your own subconsciousness to come into your dreams etc.

The more in touch you are with yourself the more accurate and true your answer will be.

Shamans are ostensibley born not made, however a lot of results are similar to those obtained with Kundalini.

Supposedly the future shamans reside in the leaves of the world tree.
But there are different stories of this in different cultures.

Hello,

I'm Shaman the Dreamer. More of a dreamer than Shaman, though I was named shaman by a medium who was impressed by my dreams. Some spirits of deceased persons in my family do come and visit at times in my dreams. I am a green Shaman too, trying to live in harmony with Nature (plants, animal, planets, stars,...).

The only thing I can do to try and help is from your dreams. Dreams are prophetic at times, not always. A dream can show you the future, the near future (next day) or the far away events. They can be related to you (personnal) or not. Dreams are also messages from deep inside you to warn you or to have you pay attention to some deep feelings hiding inside you. You felt "great sadness mixed with great joy" and you know it was about 'her'. that's a feeling of love when after a long time you meet again someone you have loved so much. It happens to me when I meet with my brothers or other family members who are oversea. It also happened with some old friends. The more intense the sadness and joy means the more intense you love and loved that person.

My first guess is: check that "old" friend of yours to see if she is OK. Maybe the dream was a message that she is maybe sick or maybe just need your help. It does not mean that you have to break your present relation, but just check with your "old" friend. Sometimes, if you have a special relation with another person and this person is miles away, then when that person is in trouble you will dream about her/him. So that's the first thing to do. Just check to see that your "old" friend is fine.

The second thing I think of is that you are missing this "old" friend, or are missing the love that you experienced with her long ago. You know that song "First time is the deepest"... well it is true in many cases, though sometimes it is not. the younger you are the deeper and stronger are your feelings. So all that might be just feelings, extremely strong ones however. It is not easy to be a human and have feelings for more than one person of the opposite sex at the same time, though it is very common. Do what is wise to do. You are not married and do not have children, so you can still decide to break your present relation if you feel like it is the wrong one (only if you feel so). Once you are married and there are children involved, then you have responsibilities to take and cannot act the way you feel you would like to. So on that side it is of course not too late if you feel your place should be with your "old". But of course all that is up to you and up to "them" (your new and your old).

Now, it could be that the spirits up there have set up something for you and that you are supposed to live with a particular person (your old or your new ? or someone else). Then you have to listen to more dreams, as the information comes to you in dreams, you must try and work with your dreams to find out more. To remember your dreams you can have some rosemary next to your bed, as rosemary is good to increase memory and helps remember your dreams. Write down all your dreams in a journal. Some dreams come in symbolism other dreams come very explicitly.

If you really wish it looks like you need a medium rather than a Shaman. A medium can speak directly with the spirits (guardian angels) around you, without the need for extasy. However, most medium do charge money, as it is their job... Medium don't even need to see you or to meet you they can do that from a distance. If you wish I can give you the website of a medium who you can contact.

You have to know exactly what you want and wish for. Then go outside in the evening when the stars are showing in the night sky. Make your wish to the stars, to God in the Universe, who reigns over all the cosmos. When I do make a wish like this, it often happens. The thing is that you have to be extremely precise and need to know exactly what you want and what is  good for you.

You are gifted with premonitory dreams and gifted to feel a deep love during your sleep. This is not given to everyone. Maybe yourself have something of a Shaman!

shamanism isn't something you can pretend to have or be born into one day.  this "awakening" you pretentiously speak of happens over years of hard work and INTROSPECTION.

you should learn to deal with the nerve structures in your solar plexus and surrounding muscle tissue while you're dealing with the ones in your head.  i perceive that you might need to work on that part of your body.

I have been experimenting with "techno-shamanism" for lack of a better word. I use music and sound created by electronic equipment (i.e. my computer or my way nifty Korg synthesizer). To add to the effect, I use the Milkdrop visualization plug-in for Winamp. It creates very unique images every single time, ones very distinct from the ones it displayed the last time it was used. It creates things from fractals to plaid waterfalls. Very rarely does it repeat its images. It is an extremely creative program and has given my imagination quite an expansion. Talk about conceptual art!

One day I want to have a room in my home with just walls and a door (no windows or closets or anything), and have a projector hanging from the middle of the ceiling that projects those images onto the walls. I would also have speakers installed in the ceiling. My current term for the room is the "journey room." Perhaps it really isn't shamanism at all, but I think it is still a really cool idea. The idea is to create something that will take me into my own subconscious, in the way that I can work best with. I think technology is perhaps a kind of element, in a way. Perhaps it is connected to or related to the dark element, but I am not sure. It can be used for good as well as bad, as can the other elements.

"No blood, no fur." Ouch, that's a rather gruesome quote. I feel sorry for critters that are killed for their body parts. I don't think that should be legal anywhere.

Hello. I had a question concerning another person, and I thought a shaman would be the best consultant of my dilemma, because I feel that shamans best understand the nature of spirits. Now before I tell you what my dilemma is, I want to tell you that I believe that when two people come together and form a union, spiritual development can be achieved even more.
