Calming site...

I want to post a site here for all.  This is a site that is beneficial to those who have trouble meditating on their illnesses or just in general.

All you do is open the link, watch the screen, and try to open yourself to the sounds.  I use headphones and put my screen on "full screen".  I like to do this in a darkened room.  In the bottom right corner, you can change the music/scene.

Enjoy and I hope it gives someone a sense of peace.  It sure has helped me in the past.
