Re-occurring Shoulder Dislocation

Hi.

I should start off with saying that I have dislocated my shoulder, last summer.

Since then, I have had it checked out by a doctor, and they told me I have lax joints.

because I dislocated my right shoulder, since its already a very lose joint, I unfortunately experienced re-occurring dislocations, and each time it dislocates it damages the tissue which helps it stay in my shoulder socket.

It really restrains my effort and integrity to do things, because I'm always conscious of it.

So if someone could please, send me some healing, so I can live my physical life as I used to have the freedom of doing.
or help me, and tell me what I need to do to heal it myself.
