Please Help

I'm happy most of the time. But there is this girl I really like (almost love.. :\). She liked me about a month before around Nov 27 (Or Oct 27 or so) And well, I was just too afraid to ask her then. Now she likes this guy I can't stand, and all she does is talk to him online too. Her and I (after she stopped liking me) would talk on the phone for hours (one night we talked for 5 hours straight) we talk in person all the time, every girl I talk to says I'm alot better looking than him as well.

But online, well, her and I will talk, then he comes on, she stops talking to me, she has also several times just sat @ the computer away and come back when he gets back as well, as if she is avoiding me, :\

I've been trying for such a long time to get over her, and I can't, and I've gotten to the point where I have just kept myself from trying because I don't want to. Everything feels nice when she's around, and yet she makes me feel so damn bad sometimes.

Please, help me out, I don't know if there is anything that can help romantic relationships, but please, send anything.
