This is only my aspect of religions and I don't wanna insult anyone 

I have never been some religious guy and for me religion is fraud coz it's suppose to unite people not to split them and tell them what to believe in. There are many religions and sub religions and I don't give a fu*k about them coz pathetic and non spiritual humans won't tell me in what I should believe in...and I must give them money for that stuff about religion they just told me  Yeah, really! 

So tell me, does any, ANY religion (especially older religions) and sub religions tell us about humans as an spiritual beings? About astral projections, did they even teach us that we are bio energetic beings and that we can go in and out off our mortal bodies whenever we wanna to?

Many problems in religion stem from the inevitable discrepancies caused by translation. There may very well be information in the Bible, for example, which explains the metaphysical properties of our spirit-bodies, etc. Unfortunately, there are so many different versions of the Bible that it's hard to tell which one is the most accurate. There are some words in some languages which simply do not translate at all, because the concepts to which they point are not found or known in any other culture. The other problem is that most of the symbolism found in religious texts originate from the culture it came from. These symbols may have little or no meaning in our own culture, which takes away from our ability to understand.
