Okay so my sister is pregnant...this excited and inspired me soooo much that I wrote a children's book based on she and her husband's life together and their new gift! It's called "The Scholarly Fish and The Working Gull"
Anyway, I only write when I really really feel like it. I hadn't written anything in awhile.
This is an amazing book. I'm still surprised that I wrote it!
Soooo now what?? How do I get it published? I need a step-by-step on this one! What do I do? Who do I talk to?

The are lots of books on publishing that you can buy or take from your local library.
Look at the children's market and see what publishers in those areas are looking for. Go to a website of a publisher of children's books and see what guidelines they have for authors and the such.
You could look for an agent, since most big publishers require that you have one.
It's not that hard to find out these things, you just have to look for them.
