Hi with isochronic or binaural tracks do you feel you get what you pay for or are some of the less expensive tracks as good as anything
the reason I ask is some are very expensive at up to $30 a track but then on amazon or itunes you can buy similar downloads for less than a dollar, of course anyone could make binaural tracks for free with something like sbagen and sell them if they wanted to

Do a Youtube search on Binaural Beat and Isochronic Tones. You will find tons of them that are free.

For Bin Beats I like Paul Collier's and for Isochronic Tones I like DJ Vishnu's. Both have excellent tracks.

Try a number of them and see for yourself. I personally prefer the tracks with background music to the monotone ones.

There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Many beat and self hypnosis files are on torrent sites .

thanks I keep forgetting how much good stuff you can get on youtube nowadays.  you can always grab the audio if you want to which I sometimes do if it is an interview because then the video is a bit pointless.  I've used sbagen quite a bit in the past but never gnaural.

This is the down load page for gnaural http://gnaural.sourceforge.net/download/     I think they get part of the name from the open sorce lic. most distros of Linux use .  Gnu .

No, you shouldn't ever have to spend a dime on them.
Nor do you ever have to use them.

Just listen to any music that relaxes you.

There is plenty of good stuff for free out there, as others already mentioned, so there is no need to spend any money at all, unless you really feel like doing so.

There is are a ton of binaural beats available for instant play on soundcloud and youtube, as well as a few sites like some those were already mentioned.

I personally like these a lot:

http://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/ has both an isochronic and a binaural beat generator as well as other great sound generators

You can keep http://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/indianDroneGenerator.php with the motion setting open in one tab and http://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/binauralBrainwaveGenerator.php at 2hz in another tab, which is a good combination.
