Am I close?

I feel as if I am really close to AP, but I cant induce it.
I can relax EVERYTHING (to the state where I have little hand/leg twitches occasionally) and let my body take over, as if I am sleeping.
I feel waves of energy flow through me. Sometimes I feel a cold breeze briefly.
Also last night I felt strong vibrations (for less than a second) in my back.

How close do you think I am?

You are close, the things you are feeling can be deep physical perceptions and also non-physical. The most probable reason that you can't induce a proper experience is that you are stimulated by the beginnings of the symptoms when you need to ride them through further. When you are doing a physical type exit strategy I suggest you don't try to induce anything. For me it was very obvious when I would cross over due to a strange stretching feeling followed by extreme lightness and a sensation of floating up.
