Hello,

when trying to meditate I often got distracted by itching sensations (e.g. from my nose, hair etc.). Well, to make that clear, I DO wash myself daily wink and I don't got fleas either Tongue. Any advice on how to deal with these sensations?

Thanks in advance,
Nils

When you meditate, your feelings become aggravated and you start to feel what did not feel earlier. Just don't concentrate to it and soon such sensations will leave you.

This is not itch.
Just rub there lightly and continue.
If you try to resist it, it'll grow stronger, often painful.

What if I want to put my body asleep? Won't the movement stop me from sinking into trance or just break my trance?

Yes it will, but you can sink again within seconds.
If you keep fighting it, it can take longer.
If you can ignore it then obviously, no issues. You cant do much about those painful ones.

Hmm. I would just ignore it. When I am relaxed enough, I do not even feel those minor irritations.
