Hey everyone.  New here !! :-D

So I've been interested in astral projection for a out 2 1/2 years now and had what you would call "half assed" experiences .  Feelings of being in a floating , endless void...but never being.able to leave my body.   I practiced for about a month 2 years ago....then gave up due to unsuccessful attempts (very impatient)   I even started to question if it was all B S or not.    Just recently I started my own method ( which I'm sure has been done before ) called "astral flexing " after my long hiatus from practice.  I apparently have good control over my astral body as a can flex (more like inflate) any part of my astral self in an attempt to become more skilled with my astral control.  Am I on the right track with this exercise?

Any tips would be appreciated thanks ...

Yes you are. Any technique or exercise that leaves you with a a strong NP (non physical) focus is considered being on the "right track". I use different expansion and retraction techniques often myself. You just have to see it through though. Don't give up. A month is nothing compared to the span of a lifetime!
