dreaming a dream(help please)

hey y'all well am michael and av been trying to obe for 5 years now recently i have had some success.
first off i started to have bad expierences like been trailed like a dog around the corner of my cieling by supposedly my dead nana and asking her questions while doing it.
i went to the spiritual church (my choosen believe) and never mentioned any ting of my expeirence until one of them says that dream your having is nt a dream.

anyways few weeks later i have better expeirences but still find them hard to validate as an obe.

recently though i have been having a dream about my nanas are another place and in this dream i am been chased by something but dont know what and then i think to myself i must be in an obe.and then attempt to return to my body in doing so i wakke up and everything appears normal with a hint of paranoia then all of a sudden i realise that i am still in a dream and only dreamt about waking up this happens till i really do wake up
usally about 3-6 times i wake up in my dream.when i  becodme really awake i can only personify what was chasing me but i dont think its a being or person at all.
mabye its fear cause i get into alot of sticky situations such as butterflys chasing me and i hate butterfly's or been at my nanas which i feel uncomfertable at.

help please
