yes, absolutely, we exist simultaneously in infinite dimensions, but place many filters to isolate each experience and perceive things as one at a time at certain dimensions for certain purposes.

But first we have to agree on a definition what "DREAM(ING)" means in the first place.

That's a good point. If we remove the labels, we will see that we are talking about the same thing. Experiences. Whether we think some experiences are real or illusionary does not matter. They are ALL experiences.
