Heres a really interesting site i found awhile back, its basicly a online book explaing the biology of kundalini.
It discusses what symptoms may occur , the physiology of the process, what one can do to help it further along and  things you can do to deal with the at times terrifying experiences ( terrifying only because of lack of knowledge, feeling peoples emotions and thoughts while losing any sence of time or memory can b quite frightning if you dont know why, especialy if lasts for extended periods of time ) knowledge is power.
