Dizzyness

hey guys, i think this started once i started doing energy work...i am not sure. When i get up from sitting down sometimes, i get dizzy and see lots of tiny dots or "stars"....Could anyone explain to me why this happens?

nothing special just blood rushing to your head from a slow heart pace to a fast one suddenly creates a sudden rush of blood some to your head and I could explain how but I dont have the time right now so really it just interferes with your vision

Possibly you're not grounding yourself well enough. Grounding is an important part of any energy based routine. Keeps our heads from flying off.
