energy development before attempting projection?

NEW is one thing and astral projection is another. NEW or other energy work can be used to support astral projection because of the amount of energy needed to do astral projection. If you are doing NEW and the core techniques (relaxation, concentration, and trance induction) and you feel ready to move on to trying a projection technique then feel free to try it. There aren't really guarantees or absolutes with this. Everyone is different.

Hi all!

I'm new to the "NEW" system and OBE in general.  Just picked up "Astral Dynamics" and have been going through the energy development excercises.  I was just wondering - how long on average are you suppsed to do the primary stimulation and energy development before attempting projection?  I'd like to draw on the knowledge of the experienced projectors here. =)
