Hi there,

I'm glad to see that there are forums too. This way I hope to get some good advice for a problem that has making my life a mess.

See, I am a musician from the Netherlands and for years I have been having this very nasty case of Repetitive Strain Injury in my left wrist.

Although I have much better posture and technique while playing, the problem won't go away. Or it does for a while and comes back. Nobody I saw in the medical sector was able to solve this problem that keeps me from getting my carreer going and gets me in financancial problems as well.

So I just started out with the NEW system... I'm now at the point at wich I stimulate the toes and feet.

My question:

I will do the whole NEW-thing ofcourse, but could I also do something right now for my wrist especially? I'm not advanced yet enough to answer this question myself you see.

I greatly appreciate any help since I get the feeling this NEW system is my last option...

Ok thanks, so basically I should not scout ahead and start with the wrist stimulation already...

I think it would be fine to start doing some work on your wrist.  I think I'm right in saying the first parts of your energy body to start working on are the feet/legs and hands/arms - as these take energy from the main energy exchange ports on the palms/souls up to the rest of your body.

Try brushing awareness through your wrist, and use the etheric wrap technique - you should get results pretty soon.

Carpall Tunnel syndrome?

I've heard that MSG (monosodiumglutomate) aggrevates it and that Vitimin B6 alleviates it.

Ibuprofen, if you take six or eight at a time, can wipe out a painful inflamation for an entire day.

DL-Phenylalanine, a supplement, is a natural analgesic.  You take a couple thousand MG a day for 3 weeks or a month until it builds up in the body and then you can maintain it with about 500mg a day.  It is also good for the brain.  It worked great for me in my old running days.  Now, with my hip and left leg problem, I wonder whether they are doing anything at all.

Years ago when I was still into sport motorcycling, I would wear wristbraces which would force the wrists straight, so that the weight of my body would not be pressing down on bent wrists.  As a musician you probably need flexibility, but you also need to control the pain so you don't wince while you play.

Maybe you need to find a day job...

Thanks, I already started doing that yesterday indeed.

No it's not Carpel Tunnel, it's more inside the wrist itself, I guess the tendons.

And I've been teaching guitar as a day job. But students have school in the morning, so I can sleep then.

ps: someone pls tell me how to disable this spelling cow pop-up nonsense!

Oh, so you have tendonitis.  One of the tendons in my left leg is chronically sore.  A Lady I met on one of my runs, who has a degree in Athletics and works as a Trainer says there is really no cure.  I hope she is wrong.

I would love to be able to really run again.

About the Spelling thing.... go to your PROFILE and and drop down to the bottom and turn off the automatic spell check.  In theory it would be great to have a spell check, but the darn thing won't let you ever post.  I'm surprised you were able to find a way of getting around it without turning it off.

The strange thing is leo, that I indeed think it is tendonitis. But a therapist I met didn't think so. I 've decided not to listen to the so called 'specialists' anymore because one says this, and the other says that. None of the docters/therapists I saw could solve the problem so I figured it's time to try self healing.

BTW: my wrists feels better today for some reason...

And about the spelling cow: the only thing I had to do is to press 'submit' in the cow pop-up window. But I'm on a 56k modem connection, so I use every trick to speed things up :)
