HI Tia! Now that I think more about it, energy is energy to me, and I don't think there is any difference, I do know I made some kind of energy ball. I can't do much with it except make it grow or shrink. And I found that it only comes from my left hand, so I think I might have a blockage in my right hand somewhere.

Learning acupressure might be good. When you raise energy in your hands and fingers you can put it in acupressure points while applying pressure to them. That might be good. It is enough, though, just to continue doing NEW. You don't have to make a psi ball or otherwise apply your energy toward some specific goal. What now? More of the same, of course.

Hi Everyone!!! I've been working with psy balls lately, and I have made some. I can feel them, but I can't move them, or do anything cool with them. Any advice?
