Reiki on my ankle

Hey guys, today i twisted my ankle when i was playing a playstation 2 game called eye toy.... I have been initiated into reiki and i wanted to know how to go about healing it.

Could anyone please give me some first hand information....well then again any would be appreciated.

Hi astral man.
All you have to do is place your hands either side of the injury and Reiki will do the rest. It is better that you are comfortable to let the energy flow freely. Do this for at least fifteen minutes or more and if you have the time do a full body healing as this will help also.

Thanks once again for the information, i did reiki on my ankle for 15 minutes, and today i can move my foot around without pain, in fact 99.9% of the pain is gone.....I wreckon if i do this again tonight for another 15 minutes then the pain will be totally gone....YAY
