Let me welcome you all to the Astral Pulse!  One of, if not THE LARGEST Astral Projection forum on the internet!

Personally speaking, if you're looking to learn how to do astral projection, then that video should be your first stop.  It's 1 1/2 hours long, but it covers just about every question you could possibly have regarding the subject.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask in the thread.
