With further practice holding your focus outside of your physical body, unwanted sensations won't be an issue for you anymore!  :wink:

Right now you should be welcoming them with open arms and ALLOWING them to blossom even further.   :-)

But you are at the stage where the more you try to focus away from them, the stronger they seem to be.

By attempting to focus away from them, you are actually focusing too much on them. If that makes any sense!

You then tend to "check back" to see if they are still there and that is counterproductive!
