Is this a psychic or spiritual energys of some sort?

Hi folks,

I thought I might ask a question that I have not asked before as I have
dismissed it so many time as nothing but I thought I would see if there is
anyone out there that experiences the same sensations as me.

Some days I feel this light but seeming high speed energy vibration going
through my body, its so fine it feels like a tingling sensation but when I
focus on it more I know its a vibration of sorts. I'm not talking of the
vibrations btw, we feel just before we go out but these feel like a high
speed, tingling, surges of electricity up and down my whole system.

Do any of you guys experience the same?...and I might add to, that when I
focus on that energy I seem to become attuned to some higher self or
external influence trying to get through to me. I don't want to second guess
the stuff I seem to hear but all I would like to know without saying a great
deal but, does anyone else have these high speed tingly vibrations too?..
strange.

Maybe people with a sense of Psychic ability would know what I am talking
about.

I recieve high speed energetic senstations when I am raising my Energy from Mother Earth,
Which induces vibrations within my Body as well.

Yes, but are they the vibrations just before u exit your body or like mine, i can be walking around the house and feel then...like a human electricity, buzzing thru my system....a warm tingly vibrational sensation.

Is that how u relate to it?

This is not associated with Astral Projection, These happen spontaneously, or durning Energy raising excerises.

I can distinguish between those vibrations that preclude to a projection and anything else but this sensation just comes on me during the day. When I focus my mind on them I become very relaxed, at ease and any anxiety disperses no matter how small or insignificant it may be...its a very light warming tingling sensation, a fine vibrational feeling and btw, I dont bring them up, it just appears.

Same here, For me, I believe It's due to Meditation, Achieving tranquilty of the mind.
Letting all your stress and anxiety flow freely out of your body, while breathing in positivity.

Hmm I feel that in my hands and third eye almost constantly. I can "switch" it on if I want to.

I can also create this immense energy sensation going through my body, but only for a few secs than it becomes unbearable.

I haven't found any use for either so I don't know....

There are many uses for this Energy that can be transfered throughout the Body at will,
I believe that releasing this Energy through your Crown Chakra will create vibrations of a higher frequency allowing you to direct your Energy to others, or use it as you wish. (Astral Projection, Connect with Spirit Guides, Out-of-body experience, Long-distance Healing)
