Anyone ever experienced this?

Hey :)

I guess the twitchy/fluttery feeling you felt in your heart chakra is
one of the usual symptoms called vibrational state. By the way, how many oobes have you had? I have had about ten, and I don't feel vibrations - to be honest, I feel them, but they're out of my sight, I ignore them, though, when I want to focus on them, I can do that without any difficulty.
The expansiveness is due to the trance state - I believe. I often feel it between relaxing and going out of my body.
During any kind of projecton you have full 'sight' of 360°, if you don't have, you are just limited by your conscious mind

See you soon, Pe

Thanks, Pe-.  I usually can get a very strong full-body vibration
going before the heart chakra kicks in.  Robert says that some people
may be frightened by them (but I think they feel awesome).  ;)

I've only had one full-blown intentional successful OBE (in the past
few weeks that I've been trying hard).  It was so amazing.  There is
such a profound difference between visualization, lucid dreaming,
and a full-on OBE.  I was so blown-away.  :)

I am reading Astral Dynamics right now.  In Part One, Robert discusses the mind-split effect.  It could be real-time sight.  This I have experienced since childhood without realizing what it was.  When I was 5 years old my sister and I shared a room.  We would make a game of it.  Sometimes it was hard to see(through my eyelids).  If you have a copy of Astral Dynamics, reread Part One.  If you have the means to purchase it, I highly recommend it.  Robert's theories and concepts seem so true to me.  It opened my eyes(pardon the pun) about things I had experienced before without noticing what it actually was.

If your focus your life on hate, anger, and regret, it is only your fault for what you get.

I´m with LadyLea on this, could be real-time sight...  I just read part one, and I to feel that Robert´s theories makes very good sence, and can highly recommend purchasing A.D.
Now I have to go start on part two - NEW - interresting!!

    Take care //Qui-Gon

Thanks, Lea and Qui-Gon, I've finished my first read-through of
AD and now need to go back and read more in depth and do all of the
exercise work.  I will definitely pay attention more to real-time
sight this time through.  :)

I just do alot better with book content when I read it through
twice.  ;)

As I was going through the steps last night:

1) deep relaxation
2) full-circuit energy raising
3) clear mind/trance
4) shaking loose
5) rope

As I got to step #5, I started to get that twitchy/fluttery feeling
in my heart chakra.  With me, it always happens just under the skin
in the center of my chest.

Anyway, at this point, it seemed that the ceiling over my bed (which
I was facing) began to come into focus and a feeling of expansiveness
swept over me.  I was very awake with my eyes closed and yet could
clearly see what was over me and had that strange feeling like I
had expanded alot and that my vision almost could see 360 degrees
around me.

Could someone help me understand this?

Thanks,
Roger
