when im trying to AP at night sometimes i think about my bed turning upside down and me falling off of it, however i sometimes start to feel like my body is flipped around and that my head is where my feet are... is this APing and not getting fully out? someone explain... its kinda like i get stuck like that

maybe something like that.

sometimes when sitting in my reclining chair, going deeper in trance, I feel as if someone is pulling me around the room backwards, and I feel my feet dragging, all very lucid and conscious. I even think that I might be levetating , lol.

This is before having vision, so it's like being pulled around backwards with the eyes closed.

Eventually you'll have vision and see what's going on.

It sounds to me like you are almost there, keep at it! I have similar sensations when I attempt to AP. Others include:

*The feeling that someone is shaking my right shoulder very quickly a couple of times - a recurring feeling that has been happening a lot lately.
*The feeling that my big toes are crossed over the others
*A floating sensation
*A rippling sensation throughout my whole body.

When these occur I know that I am getting close to projecting.

That's interesting, I have that quite often. A feeling that im literaly falling. It always freaks me out though, so If it's an AP thing, then I'll try harder to ignore it next time.

this sounds like a typical falling dream. this kind of dreams is usually associated with reentry but movement sensations can also be exit symptoms. i guess that you are having an obe while you are dreaming and what you remember is from the dream self perspective.
