I finally broke my OBE restraints again. Earlier today I was tired of hearing my sisters argue so i went into the other room and laid down. After a minute of watching TV i became sleepy and close my eyes. After feeling minor tingling in my fingers, I moved my hand next to my side instead of above my head. Soon I heard loud roaring and saw lots of colors behind my eyelids. Next thing I know, Im standing bedside looking around. I then heard 2 loud pops and slowly fell to the floor. Next thing I know, I wake up VERY happy that I have acheived result again. I had no results until now dueto staying up late. TO ALL OBE novices, get plenty of sleep THEN try for an OBE.
