Fxx -focus levels ??

Hello all, I see many people saying they got into "F10" state or other Fxx state, these are Focus states right?
Sorry, I have searched the forums but didn't find anything on Focus states or levels. Could you please point me somewhere where these levels are explained? Thanks

The "F" states were first developed by Robert Monroe as a method of classifying the more prominent areas of consciousness. F10 is technically the first out-of-body state = mind awake, body asleep. F12 is next, and so on. This makes it easier for a person to communicate and understand an experience by what state of consciousness they were in.

I highly recommend reading Monroe's books.

Monroe Institute does not give away these materials they are a business and they charge and ask students to withhold information so it is hard to come by .Higher levels beyond what he attained himself have been mapped out at his institute .

I am confident that all humans can attain the realms found historically with dedication to pathworking which involves energy body development and meditation .
