My first encounter with beings

This morning I went from a dream to the astral. ( To read the dream, go here: http://www.myusm.com/usm294815.html ) After I shifted to the astral plane, I tired to summon a helper. The way I did it was by concentrating on finding one. I tuned into different kinds of energies, and I eventually I found one. In fact, there were three of them. They led me to a place which I believe was their house or apartment. I eventually lost focus and went back into the haze. I went looking for beings again, and saw some creatures I didn't like. One was a monster, and I got rid of it by concentrating on white light. Another was a grey alien, which I tried to get rid of at first, but then "tuned into" it and got a closer look. He eventually went away.

I found the three helpers again and they took me to their place again. This time I could see them as plain as day. They were in their 20's; one male and two females. The male is the one that stood out the most, and the one that led me there the most. They tried some energy work on me; what exactly I don't remember, but then went into a dream sequence about them.

What do you make of this? I'm just beginning to explore the astral, after several experiences in the RT zone. Can I call these helpers back? I feel bad that I went into a dream sequence instead of hanging out with them (although I didn't really have control of it).
