Terry,

I am not familiar with Alan Guiden. Is his book called the Accidental Traveler? I've read both of Robert Peterson's books, as well as William Buhlman's books. They are all worthwhile reading. I must have overlooked the other person though. Anything you could tell me about Alan Guiden would be appreciated.

Nick,

Guess what, today I checked that site and the site is on! Must be something wrong last time.

Regarding A.G, he has a downloadable book available for free called Traveling: An Accidental Expert's How-To Leave Your Body Handbook. It was a great simple book (jargon free) suitable for those new to projecting and can be helpful to old-timer as well. Beware of the style of humor though (although I found it okay).

I've e-mail him asking about the sequel for the first book as it says download but I've found no download link.

Alan Guiden seven steps.

1. Desire
2. Controlled Relaxation
3. Visualization and Destination
4. Direct Lift-out
5. Awareness
6. Travel
7. Return and Memory

More from http://www.acadiacom.net/studynet/vibeout8.html

1. Desire very important to me personally. There are many time I've found out that I've projected with that factor alone (at least a very major factor). I was like, my I have not projected for so long, it's time for another one and then I go (and the cycle repeats again).

3. Destination is soo important too. Floating out and in my body lazily is not very productive and has happen because of pure lazyness.

More later.

Nice with some free books. Keep up the good work:-)
The true of life is not the way we see it. But how we feel it. With out feeling the picture we see is just an illusion.

I think the following link might be helpful for us, new or experience traveller. Another helpful tips are the "puzzle pieces chapter" (if I'm not mistaken) from Alan Guiden Accidental Traveller guide but it seems that the site now ask for a password to enter it so I cannot get it here.

Also it might be helpful if all of us could offer some tips and advice on travelling puzzle. Just pooling idea.
