Vibrations

Ok well I haven't been posting because I went to camp, but while I was there I did try AP!
I brought my MP3 Player to listen to some Isochronic sounds, as I was listening to then I felt light
and the only way I can explain vibrations is how the ocean is pulled to shore than pushed back in..
basically like a wave; My hand felt wavy like water.. sort of

Also while in my session I drifted into sleep and found
myself in a dark alley. As I walked through the dark alley, I slipped!
At that same moment I woke up to find my right leg twiching.. lol!

I've had a little trouble getting back into it, since I went to camp its been hard to go back into vibrations, let alone get into the astral plane.

Well done SirMike You did it. Even today I find it hard to get to that position on demand, and it often takes several tries.

You know what it feels like so you know what to look for and can figure out how to expand on that.
It's only hard if you say it is
