Was i about to project

OK....i was high last night, when i decided 2 try an astral projection, last night wasn't my first try, but it was my first try under the influence of a drug.  Anyway i listened to one of those presets on brainwave generator for about an hour while relax in my body and trying 2 project, after an hour i gave up only 2 try again later, well i was laying by my computer so when i stood on  my knees to type something on the computer after a couple seconds, i felt all this heat on me head...Like my face was on fire, and my vision began to blackout, the only way 2 stop it was to stand either fully erect, or lay back down, seeing how this never happened 2 me, i assumed it pertained 2 astral projection, but since that feeling was so uncomfortable, i doubt i was about to project or something. What do u think?

Sorry, that was not related to projections (runlola is right). The most uncomfortable feeling you'll get during a projection is vibrations and they aren't too bad.

That is the problem with drugs usage and projecting....you end up creating more questions than answers because you never know if the effects are naturally induced or whether they are effects of the drug in your system.

It's like saying, "Was I close to projecting?  I drank a lot of tequila and the room started to spin.  I could have sworn that I was about to twist out of my body."

Thanks Tom....I am doing my best to make time to come here and start posting again.  Probably not as much as I was when I was a moderator here, but enough to contribute on a daily basis.
