AP - Astral Projection

ISP - Isolated Sleep Paralysis (not in conjunction with other symptoms of narcolepsy)

LD - Lucid Dream

NDE - Near Death Experience (usually refers to being near death and out of your physical body.)

NP - Non Physical

NPR - Non Physical Realms/Reality

NPMR - Non Physical Matter Reality

OBE or OOBE - Out of Body Experience

PMR - Physical Matter Reality

RL - Real life

RTZ - Real Time Zone

SP - Sleep Paralysis (see ISP)

RV - Remote Viewing

WILD - Wake Initiated Lucid Dream

WR - Wider Reality
