um... that does sound like she might have done something to you. the big question in how to handle this is whether what she did was a one time thing or is an on-going thing.

if she did one spell a long time ago then you would have to do something in reprisal. if she is continually doing spells then you could just shield yourself from her.

either way, though, you seem to need help fast.

if you live in a big city then you should be able to find a magic shop some place, and i'm sure you know i don't mean magic-trick shop. try finding someone who can help you if you can; a goodly magic user who will generously help you. if you can't find that, try to find a book of defensive magics; white magic and green magic for colours, or whatever other forms you can find.

if you don't want to use magic, you can try calling to God for help. pray in earnest and with faith and He will help you. as long as you don't try to ask him to turn back on your friend that which is happening to you. calling to an angel would be the next possibility.

i don't think any of my advice is going to help though[]. i just can't seem to get a feel for specific advice to give you right now[V]. i feel almost as though someone else is supposed to help you, or that you aren't supposed to stop it just yet (but try your best to stop it anyways[^]).

Oh, it most definately sounds like she's got it in for you. It could possibley be a hex that she used to turn the tides. She could havefelt slighted by some little thing you did before, or just been jealous that you were so beautiful and popular. What it seems is that she most definatlely had alot of anger, for some reason. Most spells that include physical changes need alot of emotional energy, which is why people say "be careful what you wish for, in the next moment it might come true." Longing, jealousy, all of these tend to cause manifestations of desires and whims to happen. She could very well be the cause of this, and it does seem like she is. You might notice that I left alot of purification and healing herbs up. It's not that I believe she's evil or a negative entity, but you said earlier that you kind of "absorbed" your friends bad energies, that could have had a negative long-term impact on you. And it was only now manifesting because of her current drive to be more pretty or her feelings of inadequecy.

Or it could be that all of your "helping" others had caused some "damage" spiritually because you weren't shielded when major bad things happened. Like her, and your, sudden physical changes. Which is why the need for healing herbs. Personally I wouldn't use Hellbore, mainly because its a poison, but also because it has a few pretty serious repercussions. It wouldn't do to have things go back to normal, for you, and have her snub you even more or have your friends completely abbandon you. MY personal favorite is Mugwort, but since every individual is different you might be more suited to another, like violet, or wintergreen. Try violet.

Or it could be your stress and want to helop your friend that had you worrying so much that you unconciously drove yourself to this state by trying to help her feel better by making her feel prettier.

Kakkarot is right though, at least talk to her, find out if she even hates you in the first place. It could just be that she thinks you were destroying yourself, anorexia, to be more pretty and she feels disgusted.

Though, for some reason, my instincts go with the violet. It's definately with the violet for some reason.

If your friend is a Wiccan, she should be aware that what she does to others will come back at her at three times its original potency. Maybe it was an accident and maybe it wasn't. What emotions do you sense from her when around her? Try to tune into her vibrations and wavelengths and find out. Getting rid of the hex is important but so is knowing whether she is really your friend or not.

Hello Chloe
  It sounds like she was so envious of you that she reversed places. She tried to make herself a duplicate of you in some ways. She probably never thought of it as doing you harm but wanting to be what you are. I would get a bloodstone ring or necklace so your energy stays grounded with you.
  I would then do some research on spells and make sure that I did one to restore lost things. I can't think of anything quickly but I do know Freya, and Hertha could both be used for this type of spell.

Whenever I am in the presence of others, it seems that I absorb all of their negative energy. I always kid that I bring good luck to those that are around me. Is that possible? What can I do? But most importantly, I have noticed that over the past year, my best friend and I have literally "changed places." My best friend has always been over-weight, her hair was always unkept, she dressed poorly, and she was always labeled as "goofy and annoying." I had always been very attractive, had a great shape, attracted men like a magnet, people admired my sense of style, and I was always labeled as "cool." The roles suddently changed one day: As she began to lose weight, so did I. Mind you, I was never over-weight to begin with. My friends suddently preferred her company to mine. Her hair is long and shiny. Her lips are now full and pouty. Her body is shapely. Her eyes have lightened. Her skin has cleared and she is now a man magnet. I am now extremely bony and can't gain weight, my friends no longer enjoy my company, my hair is thin and falling out, my skin is dry and cracking and my eyes have darkened. Could she have put a spell on me or is there something that I have done unconsiously to make this happen? She also seems to know my inner thoughts and answers them or casually will talk about it as though it is her own thought. I have caught her looking at me in a sinister way many times. I know that she is not naturally clairvoyant. How can I get my life back? Help!
