I'm assuming that you feel you're experiencing this sort of phenomenon then?

What I suggest is to learn to meditate... learn to quiet your mind.  Learn to discern what "senses" are created internally (by you) and externally (by not you).  Then, while in that relaxed, quieted state... ask questions and sense what answers come through that identification of the external senses.
